You’ll need a freeze drying machine. It’s not possible to really freeze dry food any other way. The machines run around $3000. If you have access to a lot of fresh produce, meat, poultry, etc., it might be worth the money. I prefer to buy freeze dried foods from Thrive Life. It’s easier and less expensive. I would have to grow, wash, and prepare an awful lot of food in order for a home freeze dryer to pay off.

So many companies make shake mixes. Would the chef do a video on how to make nutritious shakes using thrive ? I would prefer them made from whole foods vs ingredients I can’t pronounce.
